Ladi completed her Masters degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State College in Buffalo, New York in 2005. She has also completed the Creative Problem Solving Institute’s Facilitating Creative Leadership Programs leadership Development Program.
She has a Masters in Arts and Social Science degree from Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York. Ladi has presented to students, faculty and administrators in higher education over the past 20 years. She also regularly presents at several national conferences including:
