EXPLORING THE POWER OF CREATIVITY IN COMMUNITY

                The Showers Inn will host CAFÉ EXCHANGE on Wednesday evening, August 17, from 5:30-8pm. The event offers an opportunity for creative’s to meet, greet and cook up great ideas.  Guests will engage in small group conversations focused on a variety of community-related topics including business and work, family, volunteering and non-profit organizations, church, education and government. 

Café Exchange is presented by Creative Indiana, a new initiative that is dedicated to celebrating the power of creativity in communities across the state starting with Celebrate Creative Bloomingtonl  Future community  forums will be held to educate those who are interested in the creative process and to introduce innovative concepts and resources.  Program facilitators at the August 17 event include Dr. Vicki Pappas, Director of the Center for Planning and Policy Studies; Steve Bryant, Executive Director of the Bill and Gayle Cook Center for Entrepreneurship; Ladi Terry, Founder and Director of Success Work!; Lisa Morrison, President of Morrison Marketing and Media.
